Soaring Dove Foundation, Incorporated will provide scholarships to female graduating high school students who live in and around the greater Colorado Springs, CO area. Scholarship awards will be granted annually with recipient(s) presented at annual scholarship luncheon.
The Scholarships are to provide educational assistance to the students who meet the selection criteria. To assist with defraying college related expenses through monetary donations received.
